Barrier 80 is a safe and solid foundation for a complete long-lasting coating system. It is specially designed as a primer in coating systems where extended durability is required.
Barrier 80 is a two component polyamide cured zinc rich epoxy coating. It is a high solids, high zinc dust containing product. The product conforms to the compositional requirements of SSPC paint 20, level 2 and ISO 12944 and the zinc pigments comply with ASTM D520 type II zinc dust.
- Fast dry-to-recoat and dry-to-handle
- Designed for severe corrosive environments
- High solids
- Wide area of use
The Barrier Range are two-pack zinc rich epoxy primers with a high content of zinc that complies with the compositional requirements for SSPC Paint 20 level 2 and ISO 12944. As a zinc rich primer on blast cleaned steel. Barrier products are used in combination with advanced coating systems to further improve protection against corrosion.
