Typical Paint System: Jotafloor Rapid Dry 2 x 35 μm (Dry Film Thickness)
Typical Use: Designed for a range of floors with various levels of exposure. Designed for areas requiring a fast drying, easy to use, light duty floor coating where quick turn around is expected. Recommended areas include exhibition halls, interior floors, concert and sports venues.
Application: The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10 °C and at least 3 °C above the dew point of the air, measured in the vicinity of the substrate. Good ventilation is usually required in confined areas to ensure proper drying. The moisture content in the substrate should not exceed 4 % (by weight). The coating should not be exposed to oil, chemicals or mechanical stress until fully cured.
Spray: Use airless spray (thin 5 %).
Brush: Recommended for stripe coating and small areas. Care must be taken to achieve the specified dry film thickness.
Roller: May be used. Care must be taken to achieve the specified dry film thickness.
