Jotafloor Sealer is a transparent two pack, polyamide cured, epoxy coating. It exhibits excellent penetration properties to ensure good adhesion between Jotafloor products and most masonry surfaces, primarily used for concrete floors in atmospheric environment only. It is specially designed for properly prepared concrete surfaces.

Surface Preparation: All concrete damaged by exposure to chemicals, contaminated by any substance or unsound in any way, shall be removed to expose sound concrete.
Coated surfaces: Clean, dry and undamaged compatible primer.
Other surfaces: The coating may be used on other substrates.

For coloured finish: Jotafloor Sealer 1 x 40 μm Dry Film Thickness) Jotafloor Topcoat 2 x 50 μm (Dry Film Thickness)
Typical Use: It is a sealer/primer for all Jotafloor products. Specially designed for use independently as a dust binder for concrete floors. Recommended for warehouses, garages, dairies, factories, laboratories, aircraft hangars, food, beverage and plant rooms.
Application: The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10 °C and at least 3 °C above the dew point of the air, measured in the vicinity of the substrate. Good ventilation is usually required in confined areas to ensure proper drying. The moisture content in the substrate should not exceed 4 % (by weight). The coating should not be exposed to oil, chemicals or mechanical stress until fully cured.
Spray: Use airless spray or conventional spray.
Brush: Recommended for stripe coating and small areas. Care must be taken to achieve the specified dry film thickness.
Roller: May be used. Care must be taken to achieve the specified dry film thickness.
