Surface Preparation: The surface to be treated must be clean and free from grease. A blue solution which turns galvanised / zinc treated surfaces black when properly applied. If such discolouration does not occur it is a sign that the pre-treatment has not been effective. This may be due to improper cleaning or degreaser of the surface if so then re-apply solution after further preparation.
Typical Use: Use before applying primer
Application: Apply with brush or swab, allow for conversion (colour change) If white deposit forms, this indicates excess solutions. Wipe off with lint free rag. If solution remains in seams, corners or crevices after conversion swill out with water. Make sure surfaces are dry before painting.
