Manufacturer: Sayerlack
Description
TLL3097 is a high-gloss polyurethane topcoat developed to be pigmented to a wide range of opaque colours.
It is best applied by high or low pressure spray or curtain coater, manual application is not advised since it will be harder to achieve the premium finish probably expected. As with most high-gloss products, drying time is deliberately slower to help achieve a flat finish and hence reduce further sanding required.
TH724 can be used to speed up drying, this may result in slightly different finish or opacity, but will still give a good gloss level.
Burnishing by machine is possible to help achieve a full ‘wet-look’ finish if required. This is usually performed after a 3 to 4 day initial curing period; details on suggested process are available on request.
- Very high gloss
- Good pot life
- Very economical topcoat
- Choice of hardeners available: TH724 - fast curing, good for polishing OR; TH735 - slower curing, excellent gloss from gun
